Return Policy We
want you to be completely happy with all of your purchases. Please
review our Return Policy carefully. Giggle's of Andover must be notified
of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Our Return
Department can be contacted by phone at 978-475-5552 Monday 9:30am to 3:00pm Tuesday thru Saturday 9:30am to 5:00pm Thurday (only) 9:30am to 7:00pm. All Returns must be accompanied with a Sales Receipt, and be in original condition.
- Special Orders and personalized/monogrammed items are non-returnable.
- Items discounted 50% or more are non-returnable.
- Seasonal and Holiday items are non-returnable after the Holiday or end-of-season.
- Regularly
priced items must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of the
Sales-Receipt date for refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping
& fees) on the original credit card.
- Items
discounted 20-30% must be returned (postmarked) within 7 days of the
Sales-Receipt date for Merchandise Credit only (excluding shipping
& fees).
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier--We are not responsible for lost returns.
Exchanging Items Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
